Ian Bateman ‘Introducing AVs’
Ian has been an active photographer for many years and a member of successive camera clubs depending on where his work took him. Since retiring and moving to Devon, Ian has been a member of the Exmouth Photo Group.
Ian gained his LRPS in 1982, his ARPS in 1992 and his FRPS in Audio Visual in 2003. He was a member of the AV Distinctions Panel for a number of years and was part of the Advisory Group setting up the Multimedia Panel and he is currently a member of that panel. Ian also served as Chair of the RPS International AV Festival from 2009 to 2015.
Ian has also been active in the Western Counties Photographic Federation and the PAGB and has enjoyed success on the international circuit being awarded an AV-AFIAP in 2012.
This evening Ian will be showing a number of his Audio Visual presentations, including a ‘how to do it’ section, which he describes as ‘a basic glimpse under the bonnet’. Ian is a fantastic presenter andit promises to be a fun and informative evening.
