Internationally acclaimed Lois Greenfield presented her extraordinary images of Dancers and Gymnasts made on her Hassleblad camera, during a 40 year career exploring the genre of movement, mainly in her studios. Her talent for anticipating the decisive moment to achieve graceful, emotive and flowing sculptural images is astounding. Lois explained her interest in ambiguity and achieving moments of time unseen to the eye in usual circumstances. Her preference is to work in collaboration with dancers and gymnasts as free spirits, unchoreographed and achieving an angelic purpose.
